What a journey this has been!
At 41, I finally feel ready to share my life experience with the world. Navigating life as an empath and highly sensitive person with C-PTSD from childhood sexual abuse, without an emotionally available parent, was unbelievably hard. Trapped in bad situations and abusive relationships due to childhood patterns, I faced immense pain.
Join me on this journey of spreading awareness to others facing similar challenges, those who don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. Support this book as a map and guiding light out of the darkness to all it’s meant to touch. Together, we can spread love and light, helping others become their own heroes.
